District Governor's Visit Postponed

Impending maternity and paternity leaves and family emergency have postponed the District Governor's meeting until a January date to be announced.

The annual visit of the District Governor to the Rotary Club of Los Angeles Morning has been postponed due to expected maternity and paternity leaves of two club officers (guess who!). As tomorrow, August 21, was the date originally scheduled for the visit of Governor Chuck Anderson, his visit will be rescheduled for January. RCLAM co-president Tina Olson is also unavailable to attend tomorrow's meeting due to a death in the family. More information pertaining to the rescheduled visit will be available in the coming months.

The club will still meet tomorrow, with a discussion on club planning and future initiatives. District 5280 fundraiser raffle tickets will be made available for members to sell to friends and family. Those who have ticket stubs and funds to turn in are encouraged to do so.
