Yokose Seafood CEO and founder, Seiichi Yokota is the 7th generation of a seafood wholesalers in Takaoka, Japan, which has been in business since the Edo period.

He opened a fish company in Los Angeles using the fish preparation techniques, knowledge, and experience he acquired in Japan.
