Sanna Thomas is a Mill Valley resident who has worked many years in educational reform, youth development and community service. She holds degrees from Smith College, Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Committed to making schools more supportive and effective for students from less advantaged backgrounds, Dr. Thomas began her career with the Peace Corps in newly-independent Tanzania and has worked on desegregation in Louisiana, new school design in Rhode Island, school-based Outward Bound programming in New York City, project-based learning in the Bay Area, and Expeditionary Learning across the country.

Patricia Goss lives in Marin County and is an experienced professional in the field of Communications. She began her career as a college professor at U.C.L.A. and Lehman College, City University of New York. She has a B.A. and M.A. from U.C.L.A. and a Ph.D. from New York University. She then embarked on a twenty year corporate career at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a Director of Business Development, Dr. Goss gained extensive experience dealing with the federal government in Washington, D. C., including Congress, NASA and the Department of Defense.
