Past President Tom Swan stood in for President Harriet today. Greg Jones led us in the Flag Salute. Amber Stevens gave our Inspirational Message. Bill Spellman introduced guests and visiting Rotarians. We did not have either today. John Borneman led us in song followed by Tim Hughes who gave our joke of the day. Amber Stevens spoke about the Push-em Pull-em parade on the 4th of July. We need about 7 - 8 more people to help block off streets. Joe Strohman let us know that there was an article in the Rotarian on page 12 about Ventura Rotaract and the Mexico build they do every year. Kris Hanesn spoke about membership and let us know that Christine Ahn would be inducted at President Harriet's Step Down dinner. Tom Swan let us know that our meeting was being moved from Thursday to Saturday for the Step Down so please don't come up to the Pavilion for lunch next week. ell, the first Sip & See is in the books and I would like to say thank you to 
everyone who took the time to come out on Tuesday night to SpiceTopia and participate. We had 8 Rotarians and some of their family come out to #RotaryEastRocks night!.We also had random customers of SpiceTopia notice what we were doing in the back of the store and participate with us! This was the first of 12 project nights and I hope that all of you can make it to at least one. 
Next week is "Make Someone Smile Week" and we have the opportunity to help arrange flowers into 600 "Smiley Face" vases and then deliver them to local convalescent and senior living homes. Please contact Amber Stevens if this is a project you would like to help out with.
