Midge Stork led us in our Flag Salute. Our Inspirational Message was delivered by Bruce McGee. President Harriet thanked Sharon Daly for greeting and Jordan Eller for taking attendance. Midge Stork announced that our opportunity drawing was a $50 Visa gift card donated by Margarida Eidson. John Borneman gave our joke of the day and then led us in our song of the day. Announcments: Tom Swan reminded us about the Shredding Day on April 20th from 11:00 - 2:00. This will be at Tom's office and there will be a $5.00 donation per box. Rich Stewart talked about our club Step-Down on June 30th at the Saticoy Country Club. Jeff Hata reminded the incoming board that our Board Retreat will be on May 19th from 10:00 - 1:00 followed by a club social from 1:00 - 4:00. Jeff also told us that our program on April 5th will be Cryoworks and we will have a social that evening from 5:30 - 7:00 at Cryoworks. Amber Landis-Stover spoke about King Lear which is running at the Rubicon Theater. President Harriet told us that so far this year there are only 2 polio cases worldwide! The Ojai Wine Festival is coming June 10th. There is a sign up sheet being passed around for discount tickets to this event.
