Bruce McGee thanked everyone who volunteered to help at the beer & wine garden for the Thomas Fire Remembrance at Libby Bowl on Saturday. I am especially aware of how lucky I am to call Ventura home and to have you in my community. You are going to hear a lot about the anniversary of the fire and about the changes since then. Although we all have our story to share, let’s first start by remembering how blessed we are to live here. Let’s recall those days when the Holiday season meant spending time with friends and family. In this spirit, our next Sip & See is a cookie share and we will have it at Labyrinth Winery, on Main St. Come join us and taste some delicious cookies and share a glass or two with us as we toast Ventura County!
