Greetings fellow Rotarians and friends of The Rotary Club of Ventura East.  Last weeks meeting I am sure was very informative for all. I am sorry that I missed the presentation. Just think, I have been running away from those bees all my life and there was no reason to.

My vacation is almost over and you are ready for a great meeting this week. Bruce McGee has volunteered to run this week’s meeting, and the program is The 4 Way Test. I always enjoy the High School Students at our meetings. Our future is in their hands, and they always prove to be very good hands.

Another reminder to bring your donation of White Sport Socks so that Sharon Daly can bring them with her on her upcoming trip to planning another trip to Africa where they are so desperately in need of them.   Thank you in advance for your generous donations.

Please remember to mark your calendar for our “Step-Down” Thursday evening June 23rd.  The date is fast approaching, and it promises to be a sellout. The evening will be held at The Four Brix Winery, located at 2290 Eastman Ave. Margarida will give you more details as they become available. Plans are being made for an unforgettable evening.

Margarida passed out information as to how to make donations that will help the Ukraine.  Please send checks to:
ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 5240  C/O Synergy Computing Inc.
