I am going to be away for the next few weeks and will be missing our meetings on September 5th and 12th.  I’d like to Thank both Kris and Margarida, who will be filling in for my while I am away – Thank you!!

I must admit, I am sad to be missing our next two meetings, as we have two great programs coming up.  On Thursday, Ashley Pope will be discussing her own personal journey with Autism. On Thursday the 12th, Ventura County Sheriff Bill Ayub will discuss the state of law enforcement in our County.  You don’t want to miss either of these programs!

So, the next time you’ll see me will be September 19th our first “Third Thursday Night”, this month at Rincon Brewery (6:30pm) – I can’t wait!!  Please don’t forget to bring you spouse, significant other, friend, business acquaintance and/or potential member.  All are Welcome.  Remember the night will begin with a short business meeting to be followed by Food, Drink, and Fun.  See you there!

For our Board Members, please note that our Board meeting will be pushed one week to Monday, September 16th @ 5:30pm in my office (Not Monday the 9th).

Again, sorry to be missing our next two meetings, but I know I leave you in good hands!
