Thank you, Dawn Knowles, for running the meeting last Thursday. I heard the presentation from Amy Fonzo from Aera Energy was excellent. Also saw the pictures of the Puzzle competition and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Thank Ashley Pope for organizing this fun fundraiser for the Autism Society and our club.
Melbourne Australia is alive with the addition of 14 thousand Rotarians attending the 2023 Rotary International Convention. Fellowship, inspiration, and learning is our duty for this week. Opening ceremonies were amazing with Jenifer Jones, Rotary International’s first female President, inspirational speech and beautiful concert by The Tenors. Carin Kally and I are ready to learn and share.
Thank you, Joe Strohman, and Tim Hughes for running the meeting this coming Thursday while I am still away. Our program will be the Four Way Essay Contest and we will be awarding one more nurse with a scholarship.
