Our first “Third Thursday Night” is in the books, and what a fabulous night.  For those of you who missed all the excitement, no worries, next month we’ll be at Aloha Steakhouse for our October “Third Thursday Night”.  A big thank you to Ashley for arranging our wonderful locations.

The highlight of the night was meeting Sora Inayama, our foreign exchange student from Japan. During her nine months stay we look forward to more opportunities to getting to know her.  Thank you, Roy, for bring Sora to the gathering.

This Thursday’s meeting will be a working meeting, as we begin exploring ideas for our future major fundraising event.  This will be our first attempt at narrowing our focus with an ultimate goal of finding the right event by the end of my Rotary year.

That said, I’ve taken the opportunity to narrow the field to those ideas listed below.  We’ll be exploring each idea in greater depth and detail, so please come prepared to give your input, to help shape the future of our Club’s fundraising.
