Thursday marks the last meeting of 2019, and we end the year with a Bang!!  Our annual Holiday Party – A boat cruise around the Ventura Harbor to celebrate the Holiday Season.  A wonderful time spent with Family and Friends. But our celebration of 2019 and the Holiday Season doesn’t end Thursday when we disembark from the boat.  This Saturday, the 21st, we still need volunteers to help partner with the Salvation Army to ring the red kettle bell.  The sign-up sheet went around last week, but we still have a few timeslots available (mid/late afternoon 1-5pm – hour long commitment).  So, let’s keep the Holiday Spirit going by helping those in need and sign up to ring the bell this Saturday.   The sign-up sheet will be available Thursday, so check your availability for this Saturday and sign-up.  Our location this year is the Ralph’s on Victoria, in the Montalvo Shopping Center (1776 South Victoria Ave).

For those of us attending the Holiday Party, the boat leaves the Island Packers dock at 6:30pm, returning at 8:30pm (Island Packers, 1691 Spinnaker Dr., Suite 105B, Ventura), please remember to arrive early, approximately 5:45pm, to allow time to prepare for the cruise.   Bring your significant other, as this will be a great opportunity to socialize with friends.

I am looking forward to seeing you Thursday and Thank You in advance for your participation with the Salvation Army Bell Ringing on Saturday.
