The Black Lives Matter movement has "sparked" introspection. We must address questions of our biases: "Am I biased? How does my bias manifest itself? How can I recognize my bias and neutralize it?"
This is a followup to our first program where we will heard from five Black speakers as they discuss being Black and creating a Diversity Sensitive Environment. Four of those speakers are Rotarians and we will see Rotary through their eyes which may be an unexpected revelation.
The first program was well attended and received. Most who attended were motivated to get involved in some way but were at a loss in how to do so.
