Changes in Santa Barbara County's Recycling Industry

Derek is the business manager at Marborg Industries. He has been working locally in waste management for MarBorg Industries for over 20 years. Derek will discuss changes to the recycling rules in Santa Barbara as well as current problems facing the recycling industry and the new innovations that are rising to meet the challenge.  

He will cover how our local recycling programs work, how they have been impacted by recent changes in the global economy as well as what is recyclable and how materials are recycled.
