DESCRIPTION:Volunteers are needed along the walk route\, cheering the part
icipants on\, showing them which way to keep walking\, and providing cross
walk safety when crossing E. Cabrillo Blvd. at the Garden Street intersect
ion. We are not securing roadblocks for this event\, so we need volunteers
to help act as crossing guards and make sure our walkers abide by the cro
ssing lights.  This event is a fundraiser for Momentum\, WORK\, Inc. whic
h gave our club a presentation last month of their operation and success
with their clientele.  This event will have greater exposure to the Santa
Barbara community than the other two\, so definitely mark this one on you
r calendar.  If you wish to participate\, please let me know soon as the
organizers want to know how many Rotarians to expect.  For more info: ht
