DESCRIPTION:Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition showcases the a
we and wonder of arguably one of mankind’s greatest artistic achievement
s\, while allowing its visitors to experience this art from an up-close\,
life-sized\, and never-before-seen perspective.   Please join your Sunris
e Rotary friends for a tour of this exhibition by the most delightful Fath
er Joe. Visitors get a close-up look at the art (not very possible in the
Sistine Chapel because they are so far away on the ceiling). Father Joe e
xplains the history and context of the frescoes in an understandable and
engaging way.   Information about the exhibition can be found here.
Cost is $30 per person (Please bring cash with you to the tour because ou
r reservation fee for the private tour needs to be paid in one lump sum.)
Group limit is 20 guests RSVP to Christine Holland at choll@outlook.co
