 up APS past the El Encanto Hotel to Franceschi Park. As we descend the Riv
 iera Ridge we will walk past a beautiful George Washington Smith estate wi
 th views of the Los Padres Mountains and back to the Rose Garden.    Mee
 t at the fountain at the Mission Rose Garden. There is plenty of street pa
 rking around the garden. For those who wish\, lunch will follow at the Cro
 codile Café at the Lemon Tree Hotel.
