DESCRIPTION:Inspiration Point 3.6 miles round trip\, 800 foot elevation gai
 n\, moderately easy   Most of this hike is an easy walk on a paved road.
   At the end of the road\, the trail climbs up the mountainside in a seri
 es of switchbacks.  It’s a well-maintained trail and the steep climb is
  not very long.  The summit affords a beautiful view of the city\, ocean 
 and Channel Islands!  Dogs are welcome!   Join Judith and her dog Bella 
 for a beautiful ocean view walk!  Let’s get out of the house for a walk
  with your Rotary friends!   You must RSVP in advance and be confirmed t
 o participate. When you RSVP\, you'll receive the directions regarding whe
 re to meet. Dogs welcome where noted!   Please bring some water and wear 
 your sun screen and a hat!  Hiking poles are also helpful if you have the
