To achieve this\, these two need to attend one Grant Management Seminar. Kirk and at least one other member is schedule to attend one of these meetings but others are invited to learn about the process.   This is critical: clubs that do not have two qualified members will not be abl e to access their District Designated Fund (DDF) allocation for grants nex t year and they will not be able to be the international partner on a gl obal grant.   There are four seminar dates to choose from.
