Henry Duran is the founder and co-president of the Interact Club of San Marcos High School, yes, the one our club co-sponsors. He attended the RI Convention with his father, Alex Duran.  He was very impressed with the over 100 flags from around Rotary world that opened the first general session of the RI Convention. He learned more about Interact Clubs from the California Bay area Interact Clubs that had a booth in the Friendship Center. He saw firsthand the advocacy and support of projects through the help of Rotary Clubs all over the globe. Mental Health was a big subject of Rotary Clubs. What a great experience for this young man, congratulations Henry on your dedication to Rotary!
