FUNraiser

Congratulations on a remarkably successful fundraiser for the Rotary Kenya Water Project! “Make the Impossible Happen” Magic Show fundraiser was immense success. Hats off to Joe Lanza,Alice Sykes, Tom Jacobs, Cass Ensberg, Dave Huber, Kim Bish, and others made the show a memorable one. The magician, Franklin Saint was truly a showstopper.

We looked for pictures of the event, but they mysteriously disappeared.

June 19, 2024 – 11:00 AM – Board meeting (to finish Gil’s term). Mulligans Café (prior to Step-Down).

June 19, 2024 – 12:00 PM - Step-Down lunch for outgoing President 2023-24 Gil Garcia at Mulligans Café.

June 22, 2024 – 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Rotary Club Santa Barbara North Board of Director’s Retreat. Home of Gil & Marti Garcia, 2215 Santa Barbara St. Light lunch will be served.

July 10, 2024 – First meeting of incoming President 2024-25 Cathy Calabro at Rusty’s Pizza, Hollister & Turnpike. Come meet the RYLA students and Interact students from San Marcos High School.

July 14, 2024 – Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise Dolphin Dive, Chase Palm Park, Great Meadows. 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Looking for volunteers and people to purchase a dolphin, for each dolphin purchased ½ of the entry fee donated back to your designated non-profit or Rotary Club.

July 24, 2024 – Rotary Club of Santa Barbara North, meeting luncheon place will be determined.
