Tim Williams, founder and CEO of Digital West Networks, was chosen as this year's outstanding Rotarian. Rotary de Tolosa 2008-2009 President Mark Furia selected Williams for his "unwavering commitment to serve his community and his quiet humility in the face of great accomplishment."
