Tuesday, March 19th, Dave Carson, a Rotary member of the Dundas Valley Sunrise Club presented a half hour on the topic of Global Warming. His opening statement: "Benefits to mankind have become threats to mankind." Dave shared milestones of the past that have brought us to our predicament today. Population, Consumption and Pollution are the three big players in Global Warming. Dave identified areas for change, but stressed the importance that the human mindset needs to understand global warming and its effects before any successful change is possible.
