Spend a Saturday afternoon in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley, tasting wine from many local wineries, listening to world-class, professional jazz musicians, and sampling different olive-themed dishes prepared by local chefs.

All funds generated from the event are used for the charitable projects supported by the Rotary Club, so come out and support your fellow Rotarians. Tickets can be purchased at:

The Los Olivos Club is also looking for volunteers to help with the event.  If you are available to volunteer, please contact:

During my recent travels through France and Belgium with my family, we had the joy of reconnecting with two dear friends I had not seen in 17 and 27 years. What touched me most was not what they remembered about accomplishments or milestones, but how they remembered feeling around me many years ago.

One friend even shared that he still uses a charisma and name-recognition technique I taught him when training new employees. Hearing that was both humbling and deeply meaningful.

It reminded me that genuine friendships, thoughtful conversations, and making people feel valued leave lasting impressions that time cannot erase. In a world focused on achievements and possessions, it is our ability to uplift others and build lifelong relationships that truly matters.

That is why I know with certainty that the members of the Rotary Club of Montecito are the kind of friends anyone would be fortunate to have for life. And that is a priceless gift.
