The Montecito YMCA is soliciting donations for their 6th Annual Backpack Drive to support kids ages 5 to 18 in YMCA programs, including childcare and homeless support services.

Please bring new backpacks and school supplies to our meeting this Tuesday.  Your donations will ensure that every child has the tools they need for the school year.

Last year our club donated 55 backpacks, and your generosity inspired YMCA board members and staff to increase their donations as well.  Let's see if we can break our own record!

We meet the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 12:00 PM
on the main patio of the

Dear fellow Rotarians,

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the 4th of July Pancake Breakfast such a fun and successful event—whether you showed up in person or supported from afar.

Our first meeting of the 2025-2026 Rotary year—our annual assembly—will take place this Tuesday, July 15th, at First Presbyterian Church. I’m looking forward to connecting and sharing ideas for the year ahead.

Before we meet, I invite you to reflect on two simple themes: “Unite for Good” and “Bridge Building.”

Also, a quick reminder to take part in our 6th Annual Backpack Drive to support local children in need. Your contribution makes a real difference.

It’s an honor to serve alongside you as President this year.

In service,

Sese

President Kim Steps Down
Treasurer Kurt Koenig presents outgoing President Kim Stone with a plaque commemorating her year of service.

Montecito Rotarians gathered at the El Paseo Restaurant in June to celebrate 2024-25 Club President Kim Stone and thank her for her year of service.  Kim embodies the heart of Rotary and gave generously of her time and talent to lead our club through the past year.

Thank you, Kim!!  You've earned a well-deserved rest.
