Dear fellow Rotarians,

As autumn surrounds us with its colors of abundance and renewal, we’re reminded of the spirit of Rotary — friendship, purpose, and service. This month of Polio Awareness and the approaching holidays invite us to reflect on where we’ve been, celebrate where we are, and look with hope to where we’re headed.

Let us embrace this season of opportunity — to volunteer, to engage our community, and to lift one another up. Together, as one Rotary family, we can make this fall not just a season of change, but a season of impact.

Sing-alongs Return!
Steve Davis leading the club in song.

Singing is back at the Rotary Club of Montecito.

At our last meeting, member Steve Davis introduced us to a song about a frog who "ain't got no tail almost hardly".  And President Sese has promised to sing at a future meeting, so more music is in store.
Santa Barbara Art History

Jeremy Tessmer, Director of Sullivan Goss Gallery provided a fascinating overview of the fine art business, and artists with deep roots in Santa Barbara.

In additional to digital representatives of works by Lockwood de Forest, Hank Pitcher, Henrietta Shore, Patricia Chidlaw, and Hank Kirk, Jeremy displayed a beautiful, original landscape by Meredith Brooks Abbott.
