It’s hard to believe how quickly this Rotary year has flown by!  It’s already three-quarters of the way through! It has been an honor to serve, and I appreciate the dedication and camaraderie of our members.

Last weekend, our President-Elect, Sese Ntem, spent three days in Los Angeles attending PETS (President-Elect Training Seminar), preparing to lead us in the year ahead. We still need to nominate a president for the following year, so if you have suggestions, please let me know.

Sese and Tony Morris, our Club Foundation President, have been working diligently on the Santa Barbara City College Vocational Scholarships ceremony, which will take place on Tuesday April 15th. So far, 11 grants have been funded by the club, our foundation, and generous members like you. If you’re interested in sponsoring a tax-deductible scholarship, you can find potential scholarship ideas by clicking hereOr, please reach out to Tony, Tom Fisher or myself.

Additionally, Harlan Green has requested a group photo to send to the Kazunga Girls' Peace School, showing them the faces of their sponsors. Please stay after the meeting and look your best for the photo!

Looking forward to tomorrow’s presentation by Lora Fisher (see your email for details).

See you all soon!

Kim
