Our vocational visit to Peacock Cellars new Tasting Room was lots of fun. We started the day having our box lunch and tasting wine. We were then greeted by Logan Nichols, who also with his wife own Peacock. Today they were bottling so their day started at 4:30am, while the bottling was finished we got to see the area where the barrels on stored and the truck that comes to assist in bottling. If you missed it the tasting room is open Wednesday - Sunday 11am - 5pm.
