I lived in Santa Barbara for many years but had never heard of or visited the infamous Lotusland Botanical Gardens in Montecito.  In fact, recognized as one of the most breathtaking public gardens in the world, Ganna Walska Lotusland is home to over 3,400 different types of plants, including at least 35,000 individual specimens, and a captivating estate history that seamlessly comes to life as you wander from garden to garden.
Thanks to the generosity of our sister club, SLO Rotary Club, and Anne Byerly of that club, some of our very lucky Passport Club members were able to join in for this fantastic docent-led experience.
The gardens were inspirational and gorgeous!
We love joining in on our sister club's many wonderful experiences and service projects and look forward to more fun together!
