Jill Bolster, Exec. Director

Transitions Mental Health Association

Jill Bolster-White, executive director of Transitions Mental Health Association, presented an overview of the organization's mission to eliminate mental health stigma and provide services to those in need. She highlighted the prevalence of mental health conditions in San Luis Obispo County and detailed the organization's programs, including outreach and education, family services, housing initiatives, and employment support. Jill also discussed the organization's work with veterans, homeless outreach, and the importance of addressing mental health in schools. She emphasized the need for community support and collaboration with other local organizations to provide comprehensive services for those struggling with mental health issues.

Pres. Andrew encouraged everyone to check out the wide range of options available in this year's Holiday Giving & Gifting Online Auction.  Don't miss a chance to bid because the auction ends on Dec. 7!

The Prez also invited us to attend Camp Ocean Pines Legacy Dinner on Sat., Dec. 6 from 4-8.  Our very own Tom Tierney will be honored as well as the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation.

Peace Committee Chair Janet Meyers told us that the latest peace picket will be installed on Main St. at the Cookie Crock thanks to Del.
