This week’s truly outstanding guest speaker was Dr. Mark Keppler, the Executive Director of The Maddy Institute. The Maddy Institute is a non-partisan venue for thoughtful discussion on important public policy issues facing the San Joaquin Valley. The Institutes mission is to help prepare current and future Valley leaders, inspire citizen participation, elevate government performance, provide non-partisan analysis and assist in providing solutions for public policy issues important to the region, state and nation.
