PROGRAM
Garro Ellis introduced our intrepid North Korean correspondent, Jay Rosenlieb, to present our program: WORKPLACE BULLYING . Rosenlieb now stationed at the People's Republic of California capitol, Sacramento, informed us of new legislation defining “abusive behavior”. The Commissars in Sacramento have NOT decided “abusive behavior” is unlawful BUT that certain behaviors may be subject to action by the Labor Commissioner’s Office such as defamation, workers compensation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, status based harassment, bad jokes, negative employee reviews, etc.. A total of seventeen possible claims were identified. Reporter Rosenlieb submitted Brown’s Little Red Book which he encouraged us to memorize . Violators can be sentenced to a gulag in South San Francisco. Reporter Rosenlieb was asked what was the difference between North Korea and California to which he responded: NO COMMENT!
