It was Saint Patrick's day, and with Tracy Kiser's help, Pat Collins was once again able to fit in his green Saint Paddy's suit. He told an Irish joke, probably the punch like was "and he was drunk".
Mike McCoy talked about the opening of the Bakersfield Sound exhibit at the Kern County Museum.
Grey is the new green according to Ray Watson. That or he enjoys being pinched.
Visitors & Guests:
I'm not sure who was on the guest list but probably there were at least ten Dr. Zelezny groupies. She's like the Pied Piper of Cal State. She even had a picture in her presentation. The students love her!
Program:
Bryan Schaeffer, Lynette Zelezny and Mary Barlow, the "A Team" of education provided an update on the impacts of the Kern Education Pledge.
Pretty grim news for Kern County, but thanks to the A Team, it's going to get better!
