The May 6, 2016 Meeting will be held at the Lake Stevens Fire Department Conference Center, 10518 18th St SE. Usually our Rotary Club Meetings are at the Lake Stevens School District Educational Service Center located at 12309 22nd St NE. We start at 7:30 am. There is a robust continental breakfast available beforehand when we meet at the Service Center. Visitors are always welcome. Our mailing address is PO Box 908 Lake Stevens, WA 98258.

This Week's Meeting
Our regular Club Meeting this week will be held at the Lake Stevens Fire Department Conference Center, 10518 18th St SE, 7:30 am. The featured speaker is Captain Mark Lakamp, Commander of Naval Station Everett, who will give a State of the Station message.
 
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Fifth Annual Wine/Beer Tasting and Auction Fundraiser. We will have a full report in the next few weeks.
 
Saturday is the Spring Clean Up at Lundeen Park. Click on this link to register your participation. Bring family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and anyone else you can think of.

Fifth Annual Wine & Beer Tasting Fundraiser
Our Fifth Annual Wine & Beer Tasting Plus Silent Auction Fundraiser is now history. Over 200 people attended and we thank you for your support! Around $20,000 (net) was raised to help support our programs which include scholarships for high school seniors, sponsoring Cub Scout Pack 88, financial support to the Lake Stevens Senior Center, Lake Stevens Family Center, Lake Stevens Education Foundation, ongoing support for the Lake Stevens Food Bank, safe Halloween, Adopt-a-Street, National Night Out, Lake Stevens School District Homeless Students initiatives, and many more. Our international projects have included the Montericco Clinic, Shelter Box, Wheelchair Foundation, Group Study Exchange and the ongoing effort to eradicate polio worldwide!
 

 
Thank you to the many Club members and significant others that helped with planning this event and especially on the day of. We have received positive feedback from both the attendees and vendors. Improvements have been discussed and we are already looking ahead to next year's event!
