After attending school at Western Washington University, Todd quickly returned to Snohomish County to launch his own construction company. He and Tammi had three children, Tyler, Hailey and Kaleb and started their lives in the north Lakewood community. Todd was very involved in his community and church because of his passion for people and helping others. When the economy tanked and crashed in 2008, Todd found himself with a bankrupt construction company and in need of a career change. Buckling down, Todd went to work for Costco while pursuing his real estate license. Todd realized that his passion in life was in the connections made with other people. After four years in the real estate industry in 2012, Todd and his family took a vacation to Hawaii where he was injured in a body surfing accident which changed his life forever. He was paralyzed from the shoulders down and has slowly been regaining movement and feeling over the past five years. Although not in his life plan, Todd has embraced his injury as a gift that God has given him and as a new perspective on life. Todd is continuing his career in real estate focusing on helping others with disabilities to start their careers. He also has had the opportunity to share his story as a motivational speaker and a life coach and continues to smile and live every day to the fullest. Todd's motto is Just Be Better....make better choices.....say kind words every day and be grateful for everything you have in life.
