Happy New Year!
After a two week hiatus, we return to our regular weekly meetings this Friday. Our program this week will be a presentation by our own Debe Franz. She recently traveled to Bali to help prepare for a trip she is taking there later this year as part of a Study Abroad program through Everett Community College. Thank you Debe for agreeing to do this on such short notice.
Thank you also to Debe and Dean Franz for hosting brunch on New Year's Day. It was a great way to start the year. Guests included George and Barbara Knowles, Doug and Lisa Clawson and Carl and Katherine Nelson. Barbara, Doug, Lisa and Carl are all former members. And congratulations to Derek Franz, son of Dean and Debe on his engagement to Christina. He proposed at the stroke of the New Year!
