Lundeen Park-Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
As two of our City Councilmembers look on, Club President Kevin O'Brien announces that our Club will be providing more park benches and tables for the community to enjoy with family and friends throughout the Lundeen Park. The announcement came during the Lundeen Park Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Thursday, September 27th.
Leadership Coach and Organization Efficiency
Anna Rohrbrough, Leadership Coach                   Monika Kristofferson, Organization Efficiency
The last two weekly programs have been on Leadership Coaching by Anna Rohrbough and Monika Kristofferson, Organization Efficiency.

Anna is partnered with the #1 Leadership expert in the world, John C. Maxwell. Through her one on one coaching and leadership courses she helps find your unique gift as a leader and stand in your power so that you can take action to achieve results. An accomplished speaker, with an opportunity to speak on TEDx stage as we as an international trainer. She lets you know that we all carry individual strengths and passions.  And at some point in our career we may wonder what our uniqueness is and what is our purpose.

Monika spoke to the Club about Organizing your Clutter. She discussed how life balance needs to work for you and your family. Work always presents distractions that come at us all of the time. Sometime, it requires each of us to turn off our electronics so that we can concentrate on family or other matters outside of the work environment. Each of us should establish a response time in getting back in touch with people. Voice mail, should include "that you will get back to them by 5 pm the next day".

The sweet spot for work is a 40 hour work week according to an early study conducted by Ford Motor Company. The family is our strength of maintaining a nice family life. There are the face to face friends and the Facebook friends. Laughter is always a real benefit. And, sleep goes hand in hand with exercise. There is always room to say no. Integrity as part of life balance is important. If you are feeling short on time, integrity might suffer.

Both programs were outstanding presentations for our members.
