President Laurie presented the September "Rotarian of the Month" to Sam Low, former President of our Club and current Snohomish County Councilman. Sam's contribution regarding the naming of the skate park as the Rotary Skate Park and his work on behalf of our Club and the community were cited as the reasons for this monthly honor.
