Each year the Rotary Community Service Committee, in conjunction with the Rotary Boys & Girls Club, creates a wonderful opportunity for all Rotarians (and friends/families) to take a deserving, less-fortunate child on a holiday shopping outing. All of the children are from the Rotary Boys & Girls Club and are selected for the program on the basis of need.
SEATTLE ROTARY SERVICE FOUNDATION OPPORTUNITY GRANTS
The Seattle Rotary Service Foundation (SRSF) has announced a new pilot program called “Opportunity Grants”. SRSF is trying to be responsive to the preferences of our member donors and the needs of our community, recognizing that sometimes our usual structure of annual grants does not make funds available when special opportunities, emergencies, and unique needs arise.
All applications must be received by SRSF by December 1, 2017.
For more information on committees, including those that do not have regular meeting times, see thecommittee page on our website. Meeting times and locations are subject to change, contact committee chairs for more information.
