Two gifts...
We change the world
Once a year we ask you to make two donations. One is to the Seattle Rotary Service Foundation (SRSF). The other is to The Rotary Foundation (TRF). If you have not yet made your donations, please consider doing so today. Thank you!
This week we will hear from Tim Shriver, chairman of the Special Olympics. The Special Olympics transforms lives through inclusion and the joy of sport, every day, everywhere. Our own Beth Knox is the President and CEO of the USA Games which will take place right here in Seattle this July. You don’t want to miss this meeting!
The Rotary Club of LaConner will be bringing loads of beautiful tulips to our March 28th luncheon. A bouquet of 10 stems is only $5 -- you'll want a bunch!
Enjoy a spotlight session with esteemed Seattle Rotary member Skip Kotkins, with quality conversations following. Conveniently located downtown, join your fellow Rotarians and guests after work at the Women's University Club. A heavy appetizer buffet for $15, $6-8 wine, and $8-10 mixed drinks are available to purchase by credit card. Onsite parking is also available at a modest rate. We hope to see you there!
8:30-11:00am @ Northwest Harvest Warehouse, 22220 68th Ave S., Kent
Join Rotarians and Rotaractors from around the district for a morning of hands-on service. You'll be helping to pack some of the millions of pounds of healthy fruits and vegetables RFH provides every year for families and individuals in need.
Join the Rotary Boys & Girls Club Committee for a night of fellowship benefiting the High School Leadership program at Rotary Boys & Girls Club. This is a great opportunity to meet our future leaders and a few board members from the club. All Rotarians and friends are invited to attend to support the club. 10% of all proceeds from the evening will go to Rotary Boys & Girls Club. See Patrick Carter for more information.
Join the Seattle Rotary Sustainability Committee in a service project at Washington Park Arboretum. Volunteers will work on restoration through planting, mulching, removing invasive species, and maintaining trails throughout the arboretum.
The Seattle #4 Rotary Peacebuilder Committee invites you to join the World Peace Forum. Every year, the World Peace Forum gathers scholars and students, peace activists and executives, journalists, religious leaders, politicians and artists from all corners of the globe to participate in the dialogue of Peace!
