SEATTLE ROTARY ONLINE

Seattle Rotary Online is a significant marketing opportunity that is available to organizations that wish to help co-sponsor it. Intended as a library where you can just pull a speaker’s presentation off the shelf, Seattle Rotary Online is available to companies or other organizations that wish broader awareness within the club or community.

Sponsorships are available for as little as $500Please contact Seattle 4 Rotarian, David Endicott by email or at 206-409-3275.

The Rotary Club of Seattle office is downsizing to a smaller space. We ask for your patience as we may experience some technical glitches as we make this transition. Our voicemail service is currently down, so if you would like to reach us by phone, please call between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm when staff are in the office. Thank you!

RAis Bhuiyan, A world Without Hate

July 19 at Noon
Grand Hyatt, 721 Pine St.

Rais Bhuiyan, an American Muslim, is an extraordinary individual with a powerful story.  After serving as an Air Force pilot in Bangladesh, he moved to the United States in 1999 to study computer technology. Ten days after 9/11, Rais was the victim of a horrific hate crime. He was shot in the face at point blank range by Mark Stroman, a white supremacist who described himself as “the Arab slayer.” Rais barely survived. Two other victims were killed. Stroman was sentenced to death. Ten years later, Rais led an international campaign to save Stroman’s life.

“The journey I’ve taken moved me from a place of pain on the deepest level to a place of hope for a kinder world, a world without violence, a world without victims, and a world without hate.” --- Rais Bhuiyan, Founder & President of World Without Hate
