Kim Bryan serves as the Associate Director with Skagit Domestic Violene and Sexual Assault Services.  Kim has over 25 years experience working with men, women, youth, and children who have experienced personal violence.  Over the years she has served as Direct Service Provider, Community Educator, and Agency Director. 

Just as the Rotary Mission key element of “Commitment to Change” ensures that their efforts lead to meaningful and lasting impact, Kim strongly believes that a DV/SA agency must also work towards the goal of meaningful and lasting change in the lives of local individuals, families, and communities.
