"Engaging, Inspiring & Equipping Youth for 'Hands-On' Careers"

An Update from the Field: Vision & Purpose from the SFV Rotarian Networks:

As a previous speaker to the Granada Hills Rotary Club about the "world of
cars" - 1st as a college student at CSUN in the 1980s, and 2nd the "world
of cars and the value of technical education" for youth into the 21st
century (in 2016) - Steve joins us to deliver a brief report about
nationwide trends related to "manual competence" education & youth
connections pointing toward 2020 & beyond.

In addition to providing key insights into new and emerging positive
trends, he will highlight positive and local S.F. Valley case study about
how the Granada Hills Rotary Club has influenced momentum to model the
best of our nation's potential to lift new generations to career hope and
purpose. Steve will also spotlight and spotlight a local  "Skills USA"
youth careers program, including a snapshot of how the local Van Nuys High
School's Auto Shop instructor and his students have earned national
recognition as superstars.
