Members of the Rotary Club volunteered at Operation Gratitude in Chatsworth. What a wonderful opportunity to spend the evening stuffing teddy bears that will be given to the children of deployed military service persons.  Teddy bears provide a sense of comfort while a military parent is away.  We were also given a container of paracords to re-braid, if any members are interested.  These paracord 'survival' bracelets provide a military or first responder with a tangible, lasting expression of gratitude.  They are included in Care Packages and can be used to save a life in an emergency situation.
