Evening Social Event Honoring Chiapas Volunteers

This event will feature a potluck dinner followed by presentations of Paul Harris Fellow recognitions to certain non-Rotarians who provided substantial volunteer assistance to our Chiapas project.  RYE students and their host families are also invited.  Attendees can plan on arriving between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for socializing, with people getting their dinners at 6:00 p.m. and then the program and PHF presentations starting at 6:15 p.m. and running until approximately 7:00 p.m.  A potluck sign-up sheet will be created in ClubRunner and circulated at club meetings in October.  Bring your own beverage.   As with our last potluck, Rotarians are encouraged to bring their own reusable plates, cups/glasses, and cutlery, in order to minimize waste generated.  Note: Non-Rotarians being honored as well as RYE students, and their respective guests, are not required or expected to bring food for the potluck (but are welcome to do so if they wish).
