The Rotary Club of Arlington has dedicated one-half of all Great Stilly Duck Dash funds collected from event sponsors to fund college or trade school scholarships for students graduating from the local high schools. Funding is supplemented by earnings from an endowment fund managed by the Community Foundation of Snohomish County, established by the Estate of Chester Williams.  

 

Recipients must submit an application, which will be reviewed by a committee composed of Rotarians and community members.  Community members compose more than half of the committee membership.
