New Member Induction:  Introduction of new member to the club.

Retention of Members;  Makes sure that all members are involved.  New members are assigned a trained mentor to make sure there is an assignment to a committee and to go through various other factors including getting proficient with ClubRunner, attending events, and attending meetings.

Exit Interviews:  When a member leaves the club we want to know why which will help us address retention.

Membership Analysis:  Reviews and updates information on demographics and occupational diversity of the club's membership to assist in searching for prospects.

In the members only area of the website, there is an area called "Committee Management" where members can see who is on this committee and subcommittee, find membership related documents, and a place to send email to committee members.
