Our club has eight standing committees.  They are: Club Administration, Membership, Public Relations, Rotary Foundation, Service Projects, Youth Services, Community Funding and Duck Dash.  The Duck Dash committee is chaired by the President Elect.  The other seven committees are each chaired by a Director elected by the membership at its annual meeting.  At the first meeting of the Board each Rotary year (starts on July 1), an Associate Director is elected to attend Board meetings with a vote if the Director is not present. 
Each of the committees have (or will have) an individual site page including documents related to that committee.  There is also committee management section under the ClubRunner administrative page with list of members, documents, and an email utility for communication with the committee.
Each member serves on at least one committee or subcommittee.  Please consult with your mentor or club president if you do not have a committee assignment. Notwithstanding all members are expected to be active when it comes to the Duck Dash, our only major fundraiser, and participate in service projects and social events.
