Danette Klemens was inducted into the club as our newest member on February 2. 

 

Danette is the new Executive Director at the Stillaguamish Senior Center.  She was proposed for membership by

Dave Duskin and Bob Campbell will be her mentor. 

 

Danette was born in Salt Lake City, UT.  She graduated from high school in Madison, Wisconsin and attended University of Wisconsin and Bellevue Community College and earned her associates degree.  She received her Bachelors Degree in Sociology with a minor in Gerontology from WSU. 

 

Her working in the field started in Florida.  She returned to Washington in 2009 and has previously worked fpr Senior Services of Snohomish County and the Northshore Senior Center in King County. 

 

She is married to Patrick Looney and cares for her father who has vascular dementia.  They live in Marysville. She enjoys traveling and gardening.
