Veterans Program
With the November 10th meeting, Arlington Rotary will celebrate Veterans Day with a program about Military Service, and I am trying to coordinate that meeting.
I would like to have input from any of you that are Veterans, have an important Veteran in your family, or just something you would like to celebrate about the Veterans in our country.
If any of you want to be part of the program, please contact me ASAP to talk about what we can do together.
What I would like to see are photos (for projection on TV if possible), plaques, unique military gear (no weapons, please), or a short essay or speech about the good things in your life that were because of a Veteran.
I envision our program time as being "Stories of American Veterans" that can be heroism, things that went right, things that did not go right, or anything (2 minute limit) by the members of Arlington Rotary Club.
