She spoke to us today about the Presidential Citation Award of which there are seven avenues of Service
1.Mandatory Activities

a.Our club is right on track with 96%

a.Our club has this covered with Search for the Perfect Pint and Ribfest
4.New Generations
a.Our club has this covered Rotaract and involving them in our fundraisers
5.Humanitarian Activities
a.We have this covered with are many projects in South America and the Days for Girls Program
6.Foundation Giving.
a.Support the Foundation with our club giving averaging around $160.00us per member well above the goal of $100.00us.  This is not because every member has given $100.00us but some have given much more to keep our average giving up.
b.Our club is short 2 members of the goal of an extra giving $26.50us per member this year to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the Rotary Foundation that started with $26.50us in the first year.  ( If you are interested to know if you are one of the two ask our treasurer (Alan Schmelzel).

Our club needs to complete item 6B ($26.50us) and 1 or 2 items of number 7.  We are so close to attaining our Presidential Citation.
